Is there a way to backup your following on nostr. It now reseted 2 times already for me, and it's a annoying?

I had that happen twice as well. I just refollowed everyone. Now I'm more careful about adding relays and switching clients. I've heard it has something to do with that.

Okay thanks for the confirmation. I will try not changing the realys anymore for some time.

My issue might have come from trying to use my Umbrel, something definitely wasn't working there, and taking the Umbrel out of my list fixed it. But I don't know your situation.
