It has some cool tech ideas behind it so I understand how people who don’t understand Bitcoin vs everything else can get attracted to it, but obviously it’s a shitcoin compared to Bitcoin once you start to look into. It’s very hard to run a node, and there was a massive pre-mine.
Can’t fix stupid
It sucked that someone like Sylvio Micali backed it, he’s done great theoretical work in cryptography and people trusted him for that.
When I first started looking into Bitcoin about three years ago, I was excited and looked at other cryptos that seemed to have good use cases. Algo was one of them.
But at the end of last year I converted all my non-Bitcoin into real Bitcoin and have not felt bad for doing that.
This is the way
If you held algo then you don’t have any money left anyhow.
