Is there a way to donate bitcoin to a charity that doesn’t accept explicitly accept bitcoin without converting to cash and incurring a tax burden?

I think Fidelity or Schwab will take Bitcoin and sell it for you so you get the deduction but not cap gain. Unchained has a program as well but they don’t force you to sell and you can donate in Bitcoin.
