Tips for itchy dry scalp?

I wash my hair 2-3 times a week (Please don’t give me the “don’t wash your hair” speech, I work in a dirty environment most of the time and NEED to wash my hair) with Head & Shoulders and I condition on the same frequency as well.

Anyone?
