it got so bad already in Noah's time there was the Flood also, again, reinforcing the point that violating the rules of marriage, defined in Genesis, is sinful and i can't respect a priest who advocates for sinners in the absence of a mandate for redemption of said sinners

and from my perspective, if i have had to correct myself to conform to the Law then so does everyone else, the very definition of "man made law" is precisely its lack of universality, rules for thee, and not for me

you have to read between the lines a bit but the fallen angels transgressed by fucking human women and breeding hybrid giants and this was said to be a very bad thing

i think it wasn't just the fact they made hybrid offspring but the fact that they basically raped and abused the mothers as well, treating them like a bad cattle farmer, and it was forbidden to breed angels with humans because of this hybrid problem, there is also more about this and what Jesus actually was, was put in Mary by the angel Gabriel, a carefully crafted embryo of a carefully designed human/angel hybrid, who was then also trained and sent to many teachers from age 12 until he started his ministry in his 33rd year

it's more clear in other apocryphal versions of genesis like Jasher and Jubilees but it's also very clear in all versions of the apocrypha Enoch in all three versions, jewish, eastern orthodox and ethiopian orthodox

i know a lot of christians disregard those texts but i think they are foundational and they are very consistent between them, mostly just more detailed than Genesis, and i'm of the opinion that they are historically factual in most respects though i think that some of the details are not quite correctly carried forwards, like the family timeline and ages of the antediluvian tribe of Adam, i think there is errors in the timeline of that because the geological evidence says that it was 12000 years ago there was a global catastrophe of the scale described of Noah's journey on the Ark, which puts Adam at closer to 15000 years ago (so, 13000BC is adam and 10000BC is the flood.

I find these ideas quite fascinating.

In this view do you see angels as being purely physical like aliens from another place that were interpreted by humans as being sent from God (like some tribes might see setlers as being gods) or do you see them still as spiritual beings in the more traditional sense we might think of them?

i see them as a subspecies of human, from the same root, whose different constitution allowed them to become spiritually advanced

they clearly had some kind of "flying chariot" technology as well as being able to project themselves into people's minds and communicate by what could only be described as telepathy

you have to keep in mind that the other humans, who are like us, were not a lot different to the modern example of the isolated polynesian tribes who were visited by an american army pilot who crashed on their island, and the way they recorded the story was greatly amplified and primitive in that they saw what to them was miracles, these weapons that shot "lightning bolts" and "spinning flaming swords" (which were probably also some kind of energy weapon)

and we all have the genetics of these angels in our family lines dating way back to the time of Noah, 10,000 years ago, indeed according to Enoch that was part of the problem that led quickly to the sodom and gomorrah and tower of babel situation which i strongly suspect dates to 6000 years ago, as there is a global disaster every 6000 years, but it's every second one that is bad, like Noah, and the other one is more mild, like what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah - impactors from space formed from a solar superflare that ejected a massive amount of material that condensed and smashed into many places across the planet, there are stories of these, sometimes described as "great fiery dragons" in norse mythology, for example, and the likely cause of the desertification of north africa and the middle east

and i also think that minimizing the amount of "authorized" bible texts that contained more detail about the interbreeding of angels and humans was part of the agenda of the Council of Niceae (sp?) because they wanted to suppress what was at the time common knowledge, and purged Enoch from most of western and central europe, but the text survived not just in eastern europe, but also in ethiopia and in israel as well (all three religions/denominations accept Enoch as canon) but this wasn't available to those central/western europeans between the formation of the catholic church and the discovery of the Ethiopian Orthodox text, and more recently extensive fragments of Enoch were found in the collection of documents found called the Dead Sea Scrolls

i think that the evil ones have tried to hide the facts from people and promote instead this idea of disincarnate beings and muddled the translations to obscure this - even the official canon books in more modern translations have many hints and references to this that were curated out of the versions we are more familiar with.

this is my rational, scientific view based on history and psychology, and the documents themselves, and that if the texts say that they were going to come back before the next disaster, they are about due to appear and fulfill their promise to end the rule of Satan and his cult of death and decadence, very soon.

All these ideas are so interesting.

We know our recent history is always obscured by those in power to manipulate us so I take it as a given that ancient history is treated the same.

my main concern is that this "we'll be back to help later" was a misintepretation of what was actually said, because we are gonna see 95% of the human population wiped out this time, optimistically, if we are only able do what is practical now to survive it

just because cargo cults are usually about "when the gods come back" and they never do, but i dunno, i don't think Enoch was exactly not well studied, and some of the other stuff he says, trying to describe in detail the laws of celestial motion and the seasons and so forth, it just doesn't seem like he was as primitive in his understanding as maybe other writers were

john the prophet also was pretty detailed in his description of what the angel showed to him... and near the end of the book he even reports that he went to prostrate himself before the angel and the angel says "don't do that, i'm the same as you" or some words close to this.
