Can’t remember who but someone gave the example of glasses when speaking on a similar thread some time ago.

The productivity they’ve added to mankind is immense. No longer do we just write people off when their eyes go, we use technology to improve them and keep them productive for longer.

Imagine the compounded benefits we’d have if/when bitcoin becomes that ubiquitous..

Terence Mckenna said a similar thing about future tech that he saw in his DMT visions, that the technology can't be seen even though its effects are profound, teleportation, telepathy, etc.
