The best way to get normies to not use ad blockers is to not have intrusive ads that ruin the whole experience. Google doesn't understand this and is doubling down on even more ads.
Also not having scams or nsfw ads would help too. Google allows everything, as long as advertisers pay, even if those ads violate their own ToS.
Why would you want to get 'normies' to not use ad blockers ?
Everyone should be using ad blockers
(And the path to ever greater 'enshittification' of the advertising supported web has been well laid out and shouldn't surprise anyone by now)
The odd short ad would be ok, but they put huge ads all over the place. It's out of control. You must use a blocker against them.
