You can also use their lightning address feature against your own node if you like. It's really like the Swiss army knife of lightning wallets.
1. Zeus gives you a lightning address which can be paid to as many times as you'd like. So yes.
2. Yes basically the same as Phoenix and with a more favourable fee structure right now too.
3. Yes and no. Fortunately you can use their always on feature, and you can also use their offline payment feature. The offline pay is a semi-trusted solution that becomes more trustless the more apps and wallets support the protocol. They do also take a larger fee for the convenience and you should open the app within 24hrs to avoid complications that lead to forced closed channels that end up costing even more in fees.
