What's best - every single day or some rest days and how many in the seix weeks?
If you are not active in any way currently, start slow. Lift weights twice a week with a few days in between. You should Be active everyday. Take a 40 minute walk at the very least if you don’t feel like doing much. Ideally you lift weights/resistance train 4-5 days a week. Pilates is a go to resistance exercise many women love as well.
Thank you. I used to do a lot of inferno hot pilates and love it but I have not been anchored in one location for some time and that's not a reality I can follow or work out in studio atm.
Look into body weight routines and kettlebells. Those have been great for me. Got into it big time during Covid.
Yeah following this series. Currently doing this one. Challenge is I don't have access to weights always..so I am gonna try crush it for the next two weeks while I do.
Thankfully have walked almost every day for 6 weeks straight 45ish or more mins a day. Except the last week and half. Getting back at it.
