I need a cross platform app that lets me tag notes, nothing fancy but built in todo would be helpful.

Standard notes is great for my usage right now, but nostr seems to be well suited for something like this.

They're all notes, mate. And other stuff. On relays.

They would need to be encrypted somehow so others would be unable to read them.

Right, encryption is a must

Simple self hosting would also be helpful
