Do you still use Google, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc to keep files synced between machines? If so, check out Syncthing. Open source, peer to peer with no big brother server, and the best thing? You hold the keys. And as you know, not your keys, not your files.

Resilio Sync is nice also but not open source I guess
Yeaaa ! I second this! What an incredible tool syncthing is.
I use it to have me and my wifes phone dump family photos we snap onto the home computer, as an example :)
