I saw in another post that it requires like 102 confirmations. I think it was #[4].

LOL what 🤣

Lol yea, but the block time is only what, like 1 or 2 minutes? So that’s equivalent to like 3-6 bitcoin confirmations in terms of clock time.

IDK, man…this kind of thing reminds me a lot of my shitcoining days.

isn't blockstream kinda skectchy?

No.

lol definitely not

Thanks! In my Green wallet app, what’s the difference between the Standard Liquid and Segwit Liquid options?

Waiting for my Liquid peg-in like

Narrator: It did not.

I just now tried the Boltz liquid swap service and it took all of a couple minutes and the transaction was fully confirmed in my liquid wallet.

why is Adam not so active here LoL

Cryptography probably 😂🧐⚡️

It’s working great for me. Daniel, is that your address? If so, I’ll send some L-sats.

OK, thanks. The address is the same as what I first posted above. Would you also describe the steps you took so I can see where it might have gone wrong?

We’re you working with Boltz, what happened here?

I just learned about the 102 confirmations thing. I’m up to 86 now, so I guess I’ll just sit tight for a while longer.

OK, #[7] helped me solve it on Discord.

What I didn’t know is that you have to keep the browser window open after the swap or doesn’t send the transaction to your wallet. It just sat there waiting for me to go back to the page again.

Yeah gets killed by OS when in background. Still figuring out how we can improve UX here. Btw it's actually your browser *claiming* the locked coins.

Adding a step by step checklist on screen (perhaps even as a pop up) would do the trick, so the user could follow along during the process.

- Transaction received

- Swapping

- L-BTC / LN-BTC sent to wallet

- Received

- Swap complete!

Something along those lines…

This is bitcoin, we’re used to garbage UX. But that’s gonna have to improve.

Haha, indeed
