Nation states are the opposite of civilization. They are parasites upon civilization. As their hosts lose vitality, they look for other hosts to parasitize. Then, war.

Localism, noncompliance, and refusal to either pay taxes or use their money. The first step is getting likeminded people together in a community.
My next step is to minimize paying taxes as much as possible.
