Today, I went for a walk at the park with my wife and dogs.

Everything was lovely and peaceful until the random pitbull ran over and locked his jaws onto my small Australian shepherd’s head.

However, when i gave him the top mount, and jammed my thumb so far into his eye socket I thought I might hit his brain, he rethought his intentions and went away.

Then we came home and had some snacks.

And yes. This actually happened. 🤷

Crazy!! Good that everyone is alright!

🫂

That’s badass mate!

that's crazy, how's your shepherd?

pitbulls seem to be genetically predisposed to doing stuff like this

Everyone is fine 🙂 thanks for asking 🙏

I don’t know. That breed, and others are definitely bred for combat. But I could see a good streak in the pitbull. I think it was an owner thing. As it usually is. The dog was completely undisciplined and wild. Reflecting the owner. Pit bulls are dangerous when they don’t have the right owners. When they do, they are some of the best dogs IMO.

My childhood dog was half pitbull half bull mastiff. He was a gentile giant. Unless you threatened his pack.

I do have some ideas for a Kevlar forearm gauntlet with a concealed knife now though. Walking at the park appears to be dangerous 🤷

the baby manglings settle it for me.

to the furnace with em... 🤷

That door doesn’t end.

Glad you're ok, yeah no issue with people having them, just seems to happen often, I like the poke them in the eyes idea 🤣
