I cheated and used the stand mixer for my bread dough this morning 😒. A crazy person took over and I'm going to be baking all day so I wanted to save some energy. Making a sourdough loaf, banana nut bread, peanut butter cookies, and maybe if I feel like it some honey bars. I never bake like this, but I have the ingredients and a full propane tank! #tistheseason #bakestr

The feeling that using kitchen gadgets is cheating is one I wish I could be free of. I want a bread maker and a slapchop dammit, I've earned my wings!

The stand mixer was a good buy, especially since when I bought it I paid half price or less for it 🎉. I don't use it a ton because I don't have the cabinet space to leave it out all the time.
