They're dangerous things, boats.
Think about this before you sail with your keys aboard.
That's quite a mast for a 20footer.
I wonder what the keel / ballast situation was.

Water was worse than the photo suggests, there was a heavy wind blowing to shore and the tide turned on the poor sod...lack of local knowledge in a very busy waterway unfortunately
Oof. Not my cup of tea.
