The juice isn’t worth the squeeze with plants. Oxalate, lectins, dozens of carcinogenic natural pesticides. Plants are a net negative for the human organism.

Red meat has all the nutrition humans need to thrive without any of the plant toxins.

😅 sorry I'm smiling a bit.

First up: I eat meat, and eggs and everything. I especially love a good beefsteak.

However I know form my own experience that I profit from eating plants. Not the junk you buy in the supermarket but wild herbs, berries, ... also almost every plant has positive medical effects which is ancient knowledge.

What I said about plants is objective fact. They’re full of naturally produced toxins and the human digestive system cannot break them down.

There are many people who have done the experiment in earnest and quit plants and benefited tremendously.

I really don’t care how you eat that is your prerogative. But the facts about plant toxins (in all plants not just those for supermarkets) remain true.

objective fact 🏆

Where do you get your facts from? Trust the science? News for you, science is a subset of economy.

The only (subjective) way to generate some truth is by direct experience yourself. It's perfectly OK if plants apear to be toxic. For you.

If we start generalizing our truth for others we are falling for an ideology.

Don't trust verify.

You can’t dispute the fact that plants contain various levels of oxalates, lectins and dozens (sometimes more) of carcinogenic natural pesticides. You also cannot argue that these compounds are anything other than toxic to humans. These are objective measurable facts.

There are varying degrees of sensitivities to these compounds within individuals but they are toxins no matter how well some tolerate them.

If you refuse to accept these measurable objective realities you’re just being delusional.
