If you want to eat more healthy foods cooked from home but don’t want to spend hours cooking every day…

Get a crockpot!! They literally cost $40 (or less if you’re brave enough to get a used one at a thrift store)

1. Put almost any cut of meat in there, a little liquid (broth, wine, or even water), some salt, and herbs for bonus points

2. Turn it on low and wait 8 hours

3. Enjoy!

You can pair this with potatoes, rice, or your carb of choice for a meal that’s healthier than 99.9% of restaurant meals
