Then zap instead of liking a note.

There is no reason for a like on nostr as there are no algorithms. When we inevitably do get algos on nostr, I’d like them built around the notion of value.

I disagree. Until clients are LN wallets for 1 click, the "fee" for zapping is rather high. Suppose it takes 3 seconds: that's about a thousandth of an hour, so at $100/hr that's $0.10, which is nearly 400 sats, or more than typical zap. Not to mention, flow interruption. I like likes too.
