His legal record is entirely irrelevant. This is a job to lead America's health and medical agencies. This is a job for doctor with relevant experience leading major heath agencies and institutions. Kennedy has absolutely no relevant qualifications, and his understanding of health and medical issues has been repeatedly exposed and discredited over and over and over again. He's a narcissist who's reckless and acts without regard for consequences. His actions in Samoa directly led to the deaths of nearly 90 children.
His bumbling misstatements and miacharacterizations have harmed our national health, and his apparent understanding of how various medical issues work is objectively incorrect and demonstrably wrong. Take some time to look at what the actual doctors have took say about him and his theories. And I'm not talking about the handful of outlier quacks who subscribe to his nonsense beliefs. Look at the medical consensus. Look at the data and the research he loves to quote and misrepresent. Because they don't actually say what he claims they say. He cherry-picks pieces of data, and quotes to support his preconceived ideas which are very often directly contrary to what the data actually shows.
The man is a menace and real people are going to die if he's allowed to run these agencies. That's a fact. We will not see mortality rates go down. We will not see diseases disappear. It is unconsconable and morally reprehensible to support this man and his ego-driven ideals.

Just admit that you like him because you also subscribe to the same bullshit that he peddles, and you don't actually care about what's true, or how his appointment might negatively impact the nation.
Your wall of “facts” says to ignore the doctors that agree with him and only listen to the “consensus.”
America voted for change. Consensus regarding our health is literally what needs changing almost as much as the money.
