I watched Eva in an interview with someone at the height of the Dutch farmer's protests and really liked what she had to say.

The way the EU is looking to shut down some of the most efficient food producers in the world for far fetched environmental reasons reminds me of the insanity and counter productiveness of safety measures during COVID.
