I think A/ASD pweps is heavily represented here on Nostr and that's not a bad thing. We're having a blast...

I agree, you're right. I was just curious if anyone has had a genuine diagnosis though. I've toyed with the idea of paying for a private diagnosis but it's largely pointless, there's no "Cure" and I'm pretty certain I am anyway. While it can be occasionally challenging, I actually like being the way I am๐.
I'm sort of "over" the diagnosis thing except for illness thst is a tanible physical threat to your health and well being.
Social media killed mental diagnoses anyway by making it trendy to put your supposed ailments on a badge on your chest.
In the old days, we called it "being a perfectionist" (which I still am btw).
We're all different, we're all oddballs if you look closely enough, and that's fine. We can all contribute with something.
That's the thing, we are indeed all different. I don't consider myself a perfectionist by any stretch, but I have been described as odd and weird more times than I care to remember. Ever since I was very small I've always felt "Different" if that makes sense. Whenever I try to articulate this, I say I'm not "Normal", if that's ever met with the response "Oh, you're special then", that really makes my blood boil. No, I'm not special, I'm just neurodivergent!
