Been on a closure kick and picking one thing at a time to resolve. The last couple of days have been a heavy-duty focus on one thing that’s weighed on me for the last nine years… and I’ll likely stay focused for the next few days until I arrive at a forward-looking and satisfying resolution.

Had an incredibly catalytic somatic release session with my therapist this morning… then integrated by sunbathing naked for a while, made myself lunch, and now I’m going to watch a tear-jerking romantic drama and be a couch potato, letting my nervous system settle into everything that moved this morning. “We Live in Time” looks like the perfect pull-my-heart-strings and let-the-rivers-of-my-eyes-run-wild movie 🎥🍿💗
