I've just never caught it displayed like that before... might be the first time I've seen something boosted to a group 😂
Pipe is my community owner account, so that people who have muted me don't miss out on the community.
I haven't been using communities, for a while, as it's a bit of a construction site and so many people can't see the notes, but it does help get around the whole networking problem. I'm glad nostr:npub149p5act9a5qm9p47elp8w8h3wpwn2d7s2xecw2ygnrxqp4wgsklq9g722q is working on forums and groups, again, as that's been one of my favorite use cases.
I stepped back from them for the same reason. The first round had a lot of disposable experiments, but there's definitely enough interest in the concept & once things are a bit more cohesive, communities will be great for user retention. The plethora of stuff that could be improved is ever-expanding, but each seems to get a little bit better every time the topic cycles through. 😊
