Argentinean pesos used to be 1 to 1 throughout all my childhood

this to me sounds like paying $300k for healthcare

(which I will probably see in my lifetime too)

There are public healthcare in Argentina? Even a not so good one?

We have in Brasil, but most people also likes to have a private one because in some cities they have to wait months for the treatment.
