I use my phone mostly for social media and listening to music. Of those two: listening to music
I don't know why but for the past like 2 years I've just been finding music obnoxious like a disturbing the silence
I often go for ASMR and white noise when concentrating, otherwise my song matches my mood, just one of 5-6 at most in loop for a couple of days usually.
It's a good idea thanks. Yeah I don't know why music is just too much for me it's too loud it's already crazy in my head I don't need anymore screaming and yelling
