Day 1 trying to reduce my caffeine intake.
And I want to tell you about it.
I get angry way to quick. I cramp during workouts way to easy.
I normally have coffee twice a day. Once for breakfast.
Then again after lunch.
I skipped today's morning coffee. Had tea instead.
Head hurt. Felt sleepy. Now im drinking after lunch coffee.
Feels so good. Way better than normal.
I need a plan for tomorrow.
Im thinking tea twice tomorrow and no coffee.
