Day 1 trying to reduce my caffeine intake.

And I want to tell you about it.

I get angry way to quick. I cramp during workouts way to easy.

I normally have coffee twice a day. Once for breakfast.

Then again after lunch.

I skipped today's morning coffee. Had tea instead.

Head hurt. Felt sleepy. Now im drinking after lunch coffee.

Feels so good. Way better than normal.

I need a plan for tomorrow.

Im thinking tea twice tomorrow and no coffee.

What's your motivation for doing so? Two coffees a day isn't excessive.

Main so I can do extended fasting. If I skip two meals but still drink coffee I start to cramp up really bad.

But also just to go back to base level for a while.

Do you take in any salts during these fasts? Coffee is generally reasonably high in magnesium and potassium but low in sodium and calcium.

I eat a shit ton of salt. And have tried supplements
