I have $27 (ish) in a coinbase wallet. How do I transfer it into sats & into my satoshi wallet?
Is there a way? Does coinbase do SATs & lightning?

I don't think they support Lightning. I am not familiar with Wallet of Satoshi, however some Lightning wallets, such as Phoenix, will recieve to an onchain address into your Lightning balance. It is possible Wallet of Satoshi supports that feature.

You can go to a wallet such as Exodus that has Lightning enabled, take it off chain there and then send.
