Unfortunately not all open source apps can be obtain(ium)ed. Some developers choose to not use github or not have it build releases.
Second best option is to use f-droid.
I still do not understand how Amber works. Tried to log in some apps but did not work 🙈.
zap.store is also fantastic besides obtainium.
