I deleted Twitter and all other social media including Facebook. If people want to reach me they can text or call me like the old days. Or find me on Nostr. Where I spend hours a day.

Wasn’t a big Twitter user to begin with, but I stopped scrolling Reddit immediately after I found Damus / Nostr.

There isn't a great app on android with all the features of amethyst so I still use Twitter a lot because I'm tired of force closes, a locked down app experience with 0 options and a terribly choppy interface. There's no good Android app period.

I left forgotten 💯% Twitter more than a month ago. Today only in #nostr.

Infinite scroll should be replaced with a configurable note count after which the feed stops unless there is some explicit interaction from the user to continue scrolling.

We haven't reached adoption level to replace some things I go to Twitter for, like sports news and updates from beat reporters, so I still go there for specific things, but I don't doom scroll anymore
