What state are you in? We are thinking of moving from AZ to TN, KY, MS or AR next year and buying some land to farm and raise critters.

NC. TN has some good farming land and no state income taxes. I can’t argue with MS, KY or AR either, though. All good spots. AZ might be harder to farm than the other states you mentioned.

Indeed. We live in a decent area but still all the dirt has to be seriously amended and rain is scarce outside of the monsoon months.
