It took me several days to log in to the IRS tax portal and it appears to be an online shop where I can find discounts on Nikes and other popular brands.

What in the fiat is going on here?

It turns out what I was signing in to was just the first of several layers of identity verification.

If only we had a technology that could easily verify who someone was in a single step 🤔
