There is something seriously wrong with someone who so gleefully celebrates the murder of people.
I doubt it’s wrong intelligence. It’s a terrorist tactic: if we can’t get you, we will terrorize your civilians — you do care about your civilians, don’t you?

It’s fucking wild how he can make a joke about murdering people. Even if you think they’re the enemy, taking multiple human lives without feeling any remorse is cold blooded.
Stop pretending this has anything to do with false intelligence or incompetence. These fucks chose a target that enabled them to make a nice video of a cathartic act of collective punishment for their numb and indifferent domestic audiences because they can't do anything else about the Houthi issue.
