Content creation is the hard part of posting, do you expect that to be done within the role?

If not, I would budget for 3 hours per day.

The employee could schedule the posts periodically throughout the day and spend the rest of the time replying and on engagement.

With the 2/3 posts per day what are you expecting? Do you want quantity over quality, focusing on presence or would you consider one post per day focusing on quality?
