Arrange it to pay for performance. More likes, more reposts, more “engagement” by whatever metrics you care about and pay more for better results.
Content creation is the hard part of posting, do you expect that to be done within the role?
If not, I would budget for 3 hours per day.
The employee could schedule the posts periodically throughout the day and spend the rest of the time replying and on engagement.
With the 2/3 posts per day what are you expecting? Do you want quantity over quality, focusing on presence or would you consider one post per day focusing on quality?
Hm... I'd say it depends on the time required. So as a guesstimation, crafting & planning 3 tweets a day, plus regular replies could be around 3h daily. Based on that, perhaps a baseline minimum of $1k-1.5K/monthly? Hard to say without more specifics of the requirements.
In any event, payment details aside, I'd definitely be interested in something like that! 😸

I would say a minimum of $1000 per month as a base salary type of agreement with the ability to earn more with creative and innovative posts that benefit the desired goal so that everyone wins. That’s priceless and encourages innovative and creative thought. I designed and am the founder of Twitter fundraising and NOSTR fundraising along with FAAST Fundraising as a Service Technologies. I would do it for the right purpose the right cause since I am doing similar right now. That’s how I might position it so it was a tweet and a snort and a post to linked in and Facebook which can happen simultaneously. Something along these lines with collaboration on a desired goal that drives people to the content because of truth and transparency.
