I was thinking the same. Looks like the atm fees have gone down a bit. So maybe close some small channels and open some new ones.
What’s next phase? Install and sync Bitcoin core?
yeah I gotta figure out my hard drive. seems like windows 7 wasnt wiped bc only 98GB when I df -h regardless tho only has 300GB and need 1tb for ease. so I guess 1tb external then format for Linux and that's good enough? I'll download core onto that? just rolling with it as I go 😂
That’s weird that it did not format properly. Try to format that drive with ext4 from your linux installation.
As for where to install Bitcoin core, in my mind the external hd would be where the blockchain data would go, but the actual code would be installed wherever the OS lives (which I guess is the internal hd).
