Been working hard this summer to get in great shape.

Trying to build myself a programme for the rest of the year.

1) 100 pushups daily

2) 100 squats daily

3) 10 Pull ups daily (need to work on this, I am not so good at pull ups)

4) Hill Sprints session once a week

5) Walking -10k steps daily

6) Getting 1-2 hours of sunlight daily

7) Carnivore diet

Reason I was asking about lifting weights is because I always injure myself lifting weights and really dont waste money on getting a gym membership 😅

What do you mean by not good at pull ups ? Are you using a bar (hard on the wrists) or gym rings (more natural movement) ?

I am just weak at pull ups. Need to work at it. I can do about 10 atm.

I just go to my local park. I dont have access to a pull bar unfortunately.
