glad you enjoyed these. the two wallet/time ones are a work in progress.

time, and the fact that I'm quite sure that it's a human invention that doesn't really exist is a common theme in my stuff. the middle 2 haiku in this are a part of that.

my take on time is that the universe is one unending evolving moment and that humans divide that moment up. hours, days, seasons, epochs and the like. there are further implications in this but I'll save them for 'later' (haha).

i still don't know and i like it that way.

It was “balance unknown” that really hooked me. Having just crossed the half-century mark, I’m becoming more aware that my current journey is closer to the sunset.

yep

the one currency we share is time and none of us knows when the balance will go to zero. the thing i detest the most is when people waste my time and i endeavour not to waste the time of others.

that's the full expression of what I'm messing with in those 2 haiku.
