Unfortunately a lot of people think they have missed the boat, we don’t always help with that narrative considering the conversation over on-chain fees
I think you don't really see the problem Bitcoin solves until you're out in the real world seeing your wages be stolen. They will come with time.
many people don't know how to use it and don't care because fiat is comfortable, or don't like it because of the energy consumption

I'm on the cusp of millenial and Gen Z and honestly if people aren't getting paid in it and there are more hoops than just downloading an app than why do it as opposed to Cash app or Venmo?
I saw a few people in college use Coinbase and Robinhood during the pandemic but that's the extent most got into Bitcoin.
