Bounties and fundraisers are essentially the same thing under a different name.

Someone can probably clone the bounties site and tweak it a little into a fundraiser one.

1. large donors donate to a general fund

2. small donors "vote" with small donations

3. the proportion of the large donor funds is allocated across grants according to the number of small donors

the idea is to give more weight to democratic crowd wisdom instead of pure donation size
