it's interesting how siloed communities become on their own. it took a fair amount of effort to find the resources for Nostr and the bitcoin community as someone who is trying to learn more about ⚡but is not part of the hard-core community from Twitter laser eye days

3. the proportion of the large donor funds is allocated across grants according to the number of small donors

the idea is to give more weight to democratic crowd wisdom instead of pure donation size

Been thinking a lot about how intrinsic motivations can be prompted using game incentive systems.

it's a bit different from using external financial rewards as incentives, but I think it can be a parallel, supporting method of incentive alignment that helps reduce some of the unintended consequences of financial-only incentives.
