So for those of you who don't vape, 'ice' means the flavor has menthol in it.

It's an industry term. Nearly everybody uses it.

This shitty vape juice company that's been around for a long time but nobody buys their shitty products anymore trademarked the term.

They are demanding that we cease and desist all sales of infringing products.

They are demanding that we surrender any infringing products in our inventory.

They are demanding that we provide them with an accurate accounting of any and all infringing products that we have ever sold, so that they can calculate how much money we are supposedly owe them.

Fucking insane.

So it sounds to me like they are trying to sue every vape juice company and store in the entire country to cripple competition. That’s quite a move and could land them with no customer base after this is all over. Even if they don’t win. All vape stores will probably stop carrying their products.

They already have no customer base anymore. They still make the same cheap shitty vape juice that they were making 12 years ago and everybody else makes better stuff. This is a failing company that had first mover advantage in a new industry and blew it with low quality products. Now they are trying to dig themselves out of a financial hole by suing the entire industry.
