Considering doing a refresh on Nostr, people will know who I am but I will start fresh with a new NPUB, still getting too much spam would like to start new and also really pay attention to who I’m following/Relays I use, Ect. What do you think? I know some folks did this a while ago.

Yes, you're right. What's wrong with criticizing someone. It helps them grow and figure out there weaknesses. I like when people criticize me. It makes me stronger.
