You can't, devs need to make clients more functional. Some people love malware tho, there will always be people on malware clients that intentionally clog feeds with wiki updates to make users of the malware less likely to follow / more likely to unfollow high-information npubs based on the likelihood of those npubs being wiki editors

The edits are Nostr events, so it's up to clients to filter those events out. You can't make a wikifreedia edit and not have it be an event.
