Quitting weed is a good start, especially if it started “defining” you.

If you are at a stage of your life where you are struggling, it probably means that you are shedding your old skin.

Thank you. It feels good just to get it off my chest and be heard.

My pleasure, I know Life can be tough sometimes, but try not to forget that progress is more important than perfection.

I used to smoke a lot every evening and was scared I would not to be able to sleep if I quit.

Took a bit of time to get used to it, but clarity was much needed.

Now, I only enjoy cigars. 😂

I really want to be free. I have been a daily smoker for many years now with only short breaks here and there. When I quit I get overwhelmed with myself quickly. I think I just need to stick to it for a while to recalibrate. I am hooeful I will follow through this time.

Some people manage to quit from one day to the other, some people quit gradually then suddenly.

What’s important is to keep the will to quit and act upon it.

Going out, exercise, envision your future self and embrace it.

Many have done it (including me) and I’m sure you can do it too.
