The climate seems to be changing. Just like covid, we are not allowed to discuss the causes.

That being said our best move is to restore the carbon cycle and put as much in the soil as possible. Any civilation that depletes the soil will fail, at least all of them have up to now.

The homesteading tsunami and a push towards more regenerative farming will help restore soil. There are efforts from big food companies to go more regenerative, it is just very early. I'm hearing some promising stuff in that space. Money is the key here, if companies make money by doing good things, they will.

If you trace the word economy to its roots, it means providing for the needs of ones household. Money is just one means of doing this. As a society finding other means is important.

Applying #permaculture to all aspects of life is the way forward for me. I will plan for extremes in weather: hot, cold, dry, ect...

The climate IS changing we observe this every day in our gardens.

The fact that here we can let worm bins over winter outside with the worms being fine is not normal. That is one of the many examples we have to manage differently.

If we want to change things we have to start changing our habits where we live at.

Every day we should be asking ourselves, what have I done for the climate today? If we expect the elites to fix anything we are doomed because those people bet on climate events to make money.

Hopefully one day, those people will be brought before just for their crimes against humanity.

Be the change you want to see.

Yes! How can I produce healthy food, people, community. Sharing results of experiments, positive and negative. Sharing knowledge and action are so important here.
