Not sure why, out of all the retardation in this tweet, the one that stood out the most is that he wants to encrypt it so it’s accessible to all.

I like the direction of the question at least:

We could record AI model transactions onto public ledgers so that we (or other models) can hold the big models accountable. How else would you build inter-AI trust?
