You only control the thermostat if I get to start with my wool base layer clothes and finish with a flourish of scarves, shawls, hats, and mittens... The lowest our thermostat goes is like 72 at night, I'm a cold lady. 🥶👵

I’m not a scientist but there is significant evidence that supports if you change the temperature to 5° below your daytime comfort zone before bed you sleep better. Again, 69° is perfect. Always. You get to wear a @Yarnlady sweater during the day and sleep better at night. If I had a smart thermostat I’d settle for 72° during the day and 69° at night.
We're 78 during the day and 72 overnight. There are fans everywhere moving air, it works for us. But we also camp in 100 degree weather and enjoy it 🤷♀️😂.

I've been dabbling, or I did a few months ago, with the occasional cigar. I like them a lot, but it really is a whole thing I have to make time for. I landed on some cigarillos that finish in about 20 minutes. Should give the real thing a try again. Connecticut is a brand?
Cigar smoking is a process for sure, short robustos are a good size and relatively quick. Connecticut is the wrapper leaf (wrapper, binder, and filler tobacco in cigars), there is all kinds of science-y stuff about flavor profiles and strains and where and when the leaves are picked off the plant, but basically a Connecticut is a lighter colored more delicate cigar.
Ahh, good to know. I feel like this and maybe wine could keep me busy for a few years to come. Always liked wine, but don't drink it terribly often at home. However, recently discovered this amazing cheese shop and all bets are off now

78 is hot for day or 74 for night? Both seem quite treasonable, and I'm pretty sure it's hotter where I am than where you are. I'm flexible, I don't fight about changes with it. It's honestly a bit chilly at 74 right now...think I'll tinker with the thermostat a tad while. The house is asleep 🤭
