WoT is inherently flawed for social media, and the context of application matters.

people can be uniquely recognized and you can’t really create 2nd identities, but on nostr “trust” does not exist and has a lower bar, fake content can be automated, and identities are free

There is a reason any form of PageRank and similar algorithms have only been used as a factor, not the only way
