Does receiving funds via cashu and sending funds to a lightning wallet such as Phoenix/mutiny give you almost perfect privacy via lightning?

I think the mint knows the recipient of the Lightning payment out of the mint, but cannot link the cashu tokens to the Lightning payment in. Presuming you are taking precautions like not revealing actual IP address to the mint.
